Inserting your phone number or email does not mean that John Fairfield or the Fairfield Law Office has agreed to legally represent you. Requesting information, a returned phone call or email reply, or a conversation with anyone from the Fairfield Law Office or John Fairfield does not mean the Fairfield Law Office or John Fairfield has agreed to be your lawyer, and does not make you their client. Before John Fairfield or the Fairfield Law Office agrees to represent you, we need to agree upon the scope of representation and a fee arrangement that is then incorporated into a letter of representation/engagement letter that both of us will sign.
